1ClickStart provides AI automation consulting and implementation services for businesses. Our services include AI audits, custom automation development, ongoing support, and related consulting services as described on our website.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- Cooperate with our team during the implementation process
- Provide necessary access to systems and data as required for service delivery
- Make timely payments as agreed upon

4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. For one-time packages, payment is due upon agreement. For monthly services, payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom automations and systems built specifically for them. 1ClickStart retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, and tools used in service delivery. Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, data, or implementation details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1ClickStart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your automations and data.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
