Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If your AI automation system doesn't save you at least 10 hours in the first 30 days, we'll refund every penny AND pay you $500 for your time. No questions asked.

1. Our Commitment

At 1ClickStart, we stand behind our work. We're so confident in the value our AI automation systems deliver that we offer one of the strongest guarantees in the industry. Your success is our success.

2. One-Time Package Refunds (Quick Start)

For our AI Quick Start package:

  • Full refund available within 30 days of delivery if the system doesn't meet agreed specifications
  • If the system doesn't save you at least 10 hours of work within 30 days, you get a full refund PLUS $500
  • To claim: Simply email us with a brief explanation of how the system fell short

3. Monthly Service Refunds

For our AI Ops Partner and Fractional COO monthly services:

  • Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees
  • If you cancel within the first 30 days and haven't received promised value, we'll refund that month
  • Pro-rated refunds are not available for partial months after the first 30 days
  • All automations built during your subscription remain yours after cancellation

4. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

  1. Email us at hello@1clickstart.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your name, the service purchased, and a brief explanation
  3. We'll process your request within 5 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5. What's Not Covered

In the spirit of transparency, refunds do not apply when:

  • The client fails to provide necessary access, information, or cooperation
  • Changes to project scope requested by the client after work has begun
  • Third-party service costs (software subscriptions, API fees, etc.)
  • Requests made more than 30 days after service delivery

6. The $500 Guarantee

Our "10 Hours or $500" guarantee is real. If you track your time and your AI automation doesn't save you at least 10 hours in the first 30 days, we'll not only refund your purchase but also pay you $500 for your time. This applies to all packages. We've never had to pay it because our systems work.
